Local Amnesty International group in Kuopio is organizing a demonstration march against the mass-deportation of Afghan asylum seekers on Saturday 17th February. The demonstration starts 1 pm at Satamapuisto (park at the Kuopio harbor) and participants will march to the Kuopio marketplace (look the map below). After the demonstration (approximately 1.30 pm) event will continue at the marketplace with short speeches.
